What Does the Camp Team Do?
Our foremost goal for our summer staff is that they engage in a purposeful servant leadership program, studying Scripture and discovering what it means to serve as Christ served. During the summer, we will study spiritual gifts and callings as well as practical skills for sharing the gospel, delivering personal testimonies, discerning God's will, and more. Our daily curriculum will be led by our staff, as well as by missionaries, pastors, and business owners, as they share how God has called them to serve Him.
In the practical sense, our summer camp team members are behind-the-scenes servants helping in the kitchen, dish room, snack shack, and store. They will also man the pool/slide, work on the grounds, and clean the dorms weekly. Given the fact that each week of camp is hosted by a different church or ministry, our summer camp team must be flexible as we seek to glorify God through assisting each group and meeting their needs. โ
Who Is Eligible to Apply?
You must have graduated high school and be at least 18 years of age by the day you report to camp in order to be considered for a position.
Will I Get Paid?
We pay our summer camp team members $80 a day. (We pay per day instead of per week because of varying camp lengths. This allows us to fairly compensate our workers for any extra days.)

We also provide your meals on the days you work, as well as your housing for the duration of the season.
When Do I Start?
This summer, our camp team members can choose from a few different schedule options.
You may work either Session 1 (June 2-28) or Session 2 (July 1-August 2), or both!
(Note that if you are interested in being a team leader, working both sessions is a requirement.)
ALL summer team members are required to attend mandatory training days (May 21-23).
In addition, there is a local mission trip as a team kickoff (begins May 26).
