  Executive Director: Brent Roberts

We are so fortunate to have Brent Roberts serving as our Camp Director. Brent brings with him nearly 20 years of experience in the ministry teaching, counseling and training children, youth, men and woman in their walk with Christ.  

Brent received his masters in Christian Education from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. He and his wife Corrie have developed Christian marriage curriculum that they teach worldwide. For 10 years prior to coming to Spring Lake as Executive Director, he served the camp in various volunteer roles as well as Board Director. Brent has developed programs for inner city kids and has served on various church related committees throughout the state.  Brent has been married to his wife Corrie for over 15 years, they have two beautiful daughters, a Labrador named Ruthie and dachshund named Theo-adorable.   

Brent is passionate about making Spring Lake Camp and Retreat a destination that transforms peoples lives and turns them into faithful servants of the Lord willing to serve in Arkansas, the US and the whole world.

Darryl Creasy - Operations Director

Darryl Creasy: Operations Director

Darryl Creasy began bringing youth and children to Spring Lake in 1994. The Camp Director at that time, Brother Jerry Moore, had shared the Gospel of Jesus Christ with Darryl 4 years earlier and reuniting with Jerry was the catalyst for Darryl’s service to his Savior at Spring Lake.

Volunteering at the camp allowed God to open opportunities for him to serve on the Board of Control, to serve in each of the positions on The Executive Board and as a Director for one of the Associational weeks of Camp. In 2014, God led Darryl to step down as President of the Executive Board and join the staff at Spring Lake as a manager under the direction of Brother Ted Ortigo and was blessed to serve as Interim Camp Director during the search for the current Executive Director, Brent Roberts. Presently, Darryl serves as Operations Director and seeks, God willing, to serve Him in any manner needed to promote the sharing of Jesus Christ with the guests of Spring Lake Baptist Assembly!

Ryan Harmon - Maintenance ManagerRyan Harmon: Maintenance Manager

Ryan Harmon, as a youth and young adult, was blessed to experience Spring Lake as a camper and volunteer. Now, as divine irony would have it, he and his large family were given the opportunity to live and work at Spring Lake for whatever capacities are needed.

Ryan’s previous corporate experience includes various managerial, sales, and marketing positions for fortune 500 companies. Ryan also was the proprietor of small businesses. He holds a BBA with emphasis in Human Resources and a Master of Education from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.

By serving the numerous ministries related to Spring Lake, Ryan “counts all things that were gain to him but loss for the excellency of the knowledge of Christ Jesus.” He desires to share that knowledge, and his testimony, with as many people as his “higher calling” here at Spring Lake will permit.
